With over 25 years of experience in the industry UKR are ever evolving and tailoring our business to make sure that we are considered one of the leading competitors within the market. UKR have embraced the current changes within the industry, and we believe that each and every claim should be managed with the policyholder at the forefront of our minds.
At UKR we pride ourselves in a `one call, one solution` approach to each and every claim. We can, if required negate the need for multiple suppliers and multiple contracts with the policyholder. Our dedicated team of surveyors and trades offer claim validation, asbestos sampling, drying/restoration and high-quality repairs throughout the claims journey often exceeding the policy holders expectations by getting the claim underway immediately from the first initial site visit.
At UKR we recognise and embrace the fast changes in technology, IT and media, the use of phones/tablets on site is paramount at UKR. We believe that use of one single device streamlines the claim experience for the policyholder and ensure `real` time updates are provided to the insurance company. As one of the top contractors in the UK, when it comes to technology, IT and media, we monitor trends within the market on a constant basis to make sure that we have the very latest available. UKR invest in IT resources and training to ensure that each and every claim runs consistently from the outset through to completion, giving the policy holder and all-round better claims experience. We understand how important it is to build trust with both the insurance companies that we work with and our policy holders. We make sure that our surveyors, trades and office employees receive on-going training to ensure that we are delivering the best customer experience for the ever-evolving industry.
UKR support all employees with training whether it to be in house training or from and external source UKR are also passionate about working closely with the apprenticeship academy, currently employing three apprentices, two of which are office based. Our dedicated team know how important it is to set out policy holder expectations from the outset. We have empathy with our policyholders knowing that each and every one is individual and have their own expectations that need to be met.
Due to our vast experience, every member of our team is proactive in ensuring that any problems or issues that arise are addressed in a timely and effective manner. UKR currently own two offices, our head office which is based in Twyford, Berkshire and our sister office which is based in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire. Due to the locations of our offices, UKR can offer a great geographical coverage throughout London and the south East. Whilst maintaining our current business to the highest standards, UKR aim to continue to organically grow with the possibility of expanding throughout the UK.
